Why do I have to pay to volunteer

A program contribution is the fee that you pay to participate in the program. The contribution covers the costs of you expenses:

• Food and transportation while on the program.
• Staff and administrative fees.
• Costs that are not included in your contribution are your airfare, passports, visas, travel insurance and vaccinations.
